On September 20, Renske Greven (Pon) and Bart Massa will be on stage at the twentieth edition of the MIE. In just over half an hour, you'll take a look at the brand journey that Škoda has been on since 2016. Since they introduced The Saturday, the brand gained (mental) market share every year. Renske talks about how the marketing team can keep turning the right knobs based on rich insights, in order to grow the Škoda brand together.
Renske works as Senior Customer Insights Manager at Pon's Automobielhandel. Within this role she is responsible for feeding the brands with (customer) insights. Together with fellow marketers and partners she uses these insights to shape the brand and communication strategy, to evaluate and to follow developments.
Bart is Business Manager and MT member at Validators. With a penchant for mapping (unconscious) consumer behavior, Bart helps brands solve long-term and short-term strategic branding and communication issues.
