Relevance of brand
The design for Validators' brand research offers ANWB the opportunity to give more concrete direction to the brand. To make this step, a transformation was initiated from a classic brand funnel to, among other things, increasing brand relevance (CEPs) according to Byron Sharp's thinking. Together with implicit association measurements, this should ensure that ANWB can turn the "knobs" of the brand and campaigns. To have continuous insight into the performance of the brand, the results are available in an up-to-date powerful dashboard. In the collaboration between ANWB and Validators, the goal is to increase the campaign impact and quality of expressions on the brand.
